Dilar138 is more than just a regular casino platform. We are a player community built on three core pillars: trust, fun, and safety. From the baccarat table to live Sports Betting — it's all here.
Ask any long-time player who's been around the Malaysian online casino scene for years, and most will have a story about a bad experience — a platform that suddenly vanished, deposits that took forever to process, or customer support that never responded. dilar138 was founded because we'd been in that same position as players ourselves, and we felt it was time for something different.
Since launching in 2019, dilar138 has built a solid reputation as one of the most trusted online casino platforms in Malaysia. Not because of heavy advertising, but because satisfied players share their experiences with friends. That's the organic growth we're proud of — word of mouth, from one community to the next.
The idea behind dilar138 was simple: build an online casino platform you'd actually want to use yourself. One that pays out wins without unnecessary hassle. One that processes deposits quickly and completes withdrawals in a reasonable time. One where there's a real person on the other end when you have a problem — not a bot copy-pasting generic replies.
We started with just a few game categories and a small but dedicated team. From Slot Games to Live Casino, from Sports Betting to Fish Shooting Games — we expanded our offering gradually, guided by member needs and feedback. Every addition was made based on what players asked for, not just what we thought would look good.
One thing that sets dilar138 apart from other international platforms is a deep understanding of the local market. We know that Malaysian players prefer baccarat over other table games. We know badminton and EPL football are the most wagered sports. We know DuitNow and Touch 'n Go are the preferred payment methods over credit cards.
This knowledge doesn't come from paper-based market research. It comes from listening to our members, processing their feedback, and continuously improving the platform based on real input from the community. Our customer support team communicates in Bahasa Melayu and is accessible 24/7 via live chat within the platform.
Dilar138 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions and communications within the platform. Every account is protected with two-factor authentication, and our fraud detection system operates in real time to protect all members from suspicious activity. Our KYC process is designed to be secure without being burdensome — you only need to complete it once and it applies to all future transactions.
Your funds are kept in an account separate from company operations, meaning member funds are always available for withdrawal regardless of any internal financial situation. This is a commitment we have made to every dilar138 member from day one of our operations.
Every platform decision is made with member trust as the priority. Wins are paid out, data is protected, and promises are kept.
Dilar138 is a platform that grows with the community — not one that exploits its users.
We continuously update the platform, add new games, and improve the user experience based on real feedback.
We are committed to responsible gaming and provide self-management tools for all members, no exceptions.
Independently Verified: All random number generators (RNGs) in dilar138's slot and casino games are independently verified by internationally recognised third-party testing bodies to ensure fair play.
