1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between dilar138 ("Platform", "we") and you as a user or member who registers and uses the services provided by the platform. This Agreement takes effect from the date of your account registration and remains applicable for as long as your account is active or you are using any dilar138 services.

By accessing the dilar138 website, using the mobile app, or registering a new account, you expressly agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines stated in this document as well as in the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, which form part of this overall agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the dilar138 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use dilar138's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.
• Never been banned or suspended from using dilar138 or any other online gambling platform due to fraud or a breach of terms.
• Not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion program, whether through this platform or any other gambling platform.
• Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when placing bets or making transactions.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at dilar138. This includes using the same IP address, the same device, the same payment method, or the same personal information. Holding multiple accounts by a single individual is a serious violation of these terms.

3.2 Accurate Information

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Dilar138 accepts payments via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request
• Daily deposit limits and monthly withdrawal limits are set according to your VIP account tier.
• Transactions are processed within 5–15 minutes for deposits and 15–60 minutes for withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the dilar138 account. dilar138 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or in cases deemed to require a security review.

5Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by dilar138 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. The general terms applicable to all promotions are as follows:

6Game Rules

All games available on the dilar138 platform — including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and Fish Shooting Games — are subject to their own specific game rules, which can be found within the respective game interface.

6.1 Game Fairness

All random number generators (RNG) used in dilar138's slot and casino games are tested and certified by independent third-party bodies. Every game outcome is random and free from any manipulation by the platform or other players.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical disruption, internet connection failure, or system outage during an active game, dilar138 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. Wins obtained during a system disruption may be reviewed before being credited.

6.3 Sports Betting

7Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dilar138 platform and may result in immediate account closure without warning and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in live table games or poker games.
• Using a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure and security systems.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.

8Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Any remaining deposit balance (after deducting any unfulfilled bonus credits) will be returned to you via your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

8.2 Closure by dilar138

Dilar138 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of a lawful authority. In cases of closure due to a violation, bonus balances and winnings associated with that violation may be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to self-exclude from the platform may do so through the account settings section. The minimum exclusion period is 30 days and the maximum is permanent. Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed before the specified period expires.
